Golden Light Meditation
This meditation moves a warm golden light around the outside of the body and along the chakra points. The golden light will leave a protective light trail helping you to feel warm and relaxed.

The Golden Light meditation will take approximately 22 minutes. 

Prepare yourself by laying down in shavasana, on your back. See if you need to make any adjustments, have pillows under your head or under your thighs.
