The purpose of this retreat is to allow you to deepen your yoga practice without the distractions of life. Immerse yourself in the Willinga Park’s natural surroundings with the support of Judy.

Located on the picturesque South Coast of NSW, Willinga Park in Bawley Point is one of Australia’s leading equestrian centres, and an events destination renowned for exceptional quality and unique beauty.


About Judy

Judy runs the yoga and essential oil business 3mpoweryou, pronounced Om power you. The aim of 3mpoweryou is “Helping people to succeed in their wellness”.

Judy is a qualified yoga teacher with over 1800 hours training. She has run developmental courses and workshops for over 35 years and has been teaching yoga for 10 years.

The style of yoga that Judy teaches is Satyananda yoga. This covers the eight branches of yoga including Hatha and focuses on asana (physical practices), pranayama (breathing) and self-awareness through meditation.
Judy is known for being a calm and caring teacher who works with all students and takes into account student health and experience. 
Yoga sessions are suitable for beginners and progressive students.   


If you're coming from Sydney, it's approximately a 3.5 to 4-hour drive along the scenic coastal route. The park provides ample parking facilities on-site.

From Canberra, it is approximately a 2.5 to 3-hour drive to Willinga Park, covering a distance of around 175 to 200 kilometres, depending on the specific route taken.

From Melbourne, it is approximately an 8.45 to 9-hour drive to Willinga Park, covering a distance of around 830 kilometres, depending on the specific route taken.

Willinga Park botanical gardens, 10 acres of degraded grazing country that has been transformed into a vibrant natural wonderland. Featuring mostly native Australian plants, with water features throughout, it’s a great space to disconnect and enjoy down time during your event. The permanent sculpture collection is also distributed throughout the gardens. With a variety of intriguing works by national and international sculptors, the collection will help inspire creativity and grand thinking.
Take some time to wander and appreciate the art and natural beauty that Willinga Park has to offer during your stay.

This retreat is best suited for people who are:

All apartments are self-contained, with spacious, elegant interiors and uninterrupted north-facing views of the surrounding natural landscape. Each bedroom has an ensuite and pin code entry, providing flexibility to accommodate you. Apartments host up to four people. 

A heated swimming pool, alfresco dining area, and barbeques are surrounded by meticulously landscaped gardens within close proximity to the pavilions. If weather permits, we will arrange a barbeque for one of our meals.
